How do you know a handover has actually landed?
Every log follows a fixed flow: the shift is open, is offered for handover, and only closes once the next shift explicitly accepts it. So a handover cannot quietly disappear.
Can we set it up for our own shift structure?
Yes. You define shift types with their own hours, plus shifts with shift leaders, standard tasks per shift type and weekday, and a roster. Fully continuous operation included.
Where do notifications from a shift end up?
