Your installation in one structure, every asset with its own file.
Positions and the assets placed on them, as a tree, a list or a flow diagram. Per asset you see the lifecycle phase, the condition, counter readings, warranty, documents and everything that was ever done to it.

Three ways to look at the same installation.
The plant structure consists of positions, with the assets placed on them. You view it as a tree, a list or a flow diagram. It is the same data every time.
Structure
From main location to position, asset and sub-asset, with the linked spare parts underneath.
List
All assets in one table, with filters, your own column layout and export to Excel. Run-hours included.
Plant flow
The structure as a flow diagram, including which asset feeds which. That way you follow a chain from start to finish.
When you move an asset to another position, that move is recorded. Later on you can still see where a pump used to be.

Everything about one asset, in fixed places.
The asset record is where maintenance, engineering and administration meet. Everyone finds the same information in the same place, from the technician to the asset manager.
- 01
Basic data
Identity, position, manufacturer and type. A completeness meter shows which core details are still missing, and you fill them in from one dialog.
- 02
Maintenance
Work orders with their history, notifications and the preventive rounds of this asset. A new round is created right here.
- 03
Condition & lifetime
The lifecycle phase with every transition, the condition assessments and the measurements and counter readings.
- 04
Technical & structure
Technical data, sub-objects, linked parts, and which assets this asset feeds or is fed by.
- 05
Asset file
Attachments and linked documents, warranty and costs, investments and the full history of changes.
From the record you raise a notification or work order straight away, print a label or export the asset sheet as a PDF.
From planned to disposed, with the condition along the way.
Every asset moves through fixed lifecycle phases. A transition asks for the data that belongs to it, such as the date and the reason when you take it out of service or dispose of it. A disposed asset no longer receives new notifications or work orders.

Every phase transition is recorded and kept.
Condition class 1 to 6
You record the condition during an assessment, or when you complete a work order. Every earlier assessment stays visible.

Design life
Enter the design life and TimeQeeper calculates when it ends, counting from the commissioning date. The remaining life follows from actual use: years elapsed, or run-hours and cycles where those are known.
Counter readings by hand, run-hours automatically.
Each asset can have several counters, each with its own unit. A reading lower than the previous one is refused, unless you record it as a correction or reset. If a TimeQeeper measuring node is linked to the asset, run-hours and starts update on their own.
- Counter rounds across a position, one counter type or all counters
- Fill them in on screen, on a printed list or through Excel
- Run-hours and starts from the node, including the past day, week and month
- Monitoring overview with the status of every sensor
See at a glance whether an asset is still under warranty.
The warranty end date follows from the delivery date and the warranty period. The record shows the status, and anyone creating work on an asset under warranty gets a warning.
Expiring soon: within ninety days.

Print a label with a barcode and a QR code. Scanning the QR code takes you to the asset record. The asset sheet exports as a PDF, with photo and basic data.
Frequently asked questions about asset management
Can we bring over our existing asset list?
Yes. During setup we transfer your existing structure from Excel: positions, assets and their data. From then on you manage everything in TimeQeeper.
What is the difference between a position and an asset?
A position is the place in the installation, for example the feedwater pump of boiler 1. The asset is the physical object installed there. When you replace the pump, the new one goes on the same position and the history of both is kept.
How is the remaining life calculated?
From the design life minus the use so far: years elapsed, or run-hours and cycles where known. It is a calculation on your own data, so you can see which assets are approaching the end of their design life.
Can a technician look up an asset on site?
Yes. Scan the label with a phone and the asset record opens. In TimeQeeper Pocket you browse assets in the structure and see the run-hours of linked measuring nodes.
Who is allowed to change assets?
You decide that with per-module permissions: read, write, full or admin. Every change goes into the asset's history, with who, when and what changed.
How do we see whether an asset is still under warranty?
The record shows the warranty status, you can filter on it in the list, and anyone raising a notification or work order on an asset under warranty gets a warning.
